I was in the market for a new SUV. Test drove several at various dealers and found the perfect ride working with Tom Briese! Tom was not pushy, patiently answered all my questions and super helpful at showing me all the bells and whistles of my new Tucson! He even introduced me to the service dept folks, and Brett Adam was good at explaining all the details in wrapping up the sale. While Hyundai’s perks definitely played a part in my decision, working with Tom made it easy!
We didn’t buy our Vehicle from them! We brought it in to get some service done on it. I recently purchased a certified used 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (It only had 425 miles on it) so basically new. The customer sales staff was very helpful with all my questions. I felt like I got a fair trade in on my 2003 pickup. I needed something a little smaller to drive in the winter months. The compact SUV rides like a large car, but with good mpg. I like the six speed automatic transmission compared to other hybrid models with cvt type transmissions. Thank you to all the staff at Mandan Hyundai.
The detail center struggles to take accountability on their mistakes. The customer service is great but when they mess up it’s apparently “how it was” and “like that when it came in”. I also do understand how they told me a price and then when I get the invoice it’s a 100$ more than what they told me on the phone. All in all the detail center in Mandan kinda sucks but I do like the the sales department in Bismarck.
