Very satisfied customer! Randy and Chris are top notch persons to work with and they are honest and very friendly. We agreed on the price entirely online and by phone. They offered the best price around town. The entire process took maybe about less than two hours including the test drive around the block, signing the papers, closing with the finance manager, and a walk through of the car features. There were no surprises, no high pressure tactics, no hard selling of things we didn't like. The finance manager Billie briefly mentioned the interior and exterior protection, but we declined and that was it. Because we did most of the work online and by phone, it was the best car buying experience for us.

I recently Purchased a Acura TL from Rustom Nissan. The sales men Chris Harshman and Randy Goodin were very friendly and alot of help. They gave me a really good price on this vehicle that no other dealership would even think of offering. I had a really good experience there and the prices are very good. I would recommend all of my friends to buy from them.

The sales woman, Stephanie, was really friendly and not your typical high pressure sales person. I bought my Murano there a few days ago and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this dealership because they are friendly and helpful. Like any dealership there is pressure to buy, but Stephanie really seemed to listen to what I was looking for.

I recently purchased a 2009 370z from Rustom Nissan of Portland. Their staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I worked directly with David, Chris and Billy. They took the time to show a great variety of vehicles in stock, explained different options of financing. It was a painless experience, I must say it was great!

Dealer was very honest, willing to negotiate, very quick to respond with an internet quote, honored the price that was negotiated over the phone, no tricks. Secured a car from another location and went out of their way to deliver the car to us out of town. No attempts to upsell us on features we did not want.

My dealings with Sales Consultant,Steve Neilson, were wonderful, he was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The test drive was nice and Steve was patient with me in the traffic and the area I was not familiar with. The car was presented beautifully after being washed and detailed. Thanks for my dream car 370Z!

Peter Gregg is a very helpful salesperson. It's because his professional service quality to make me purchase Altima immediately. My family enjoys his service very well. And this car we purchase is really smooth and quiet. The only downside of this car is its interior material can be improved more.

Peter Gregg was a great salesperson. He was attentive and helpful. Even through some adversity, Peter came through as promised. The sales manager was also very helpful and Billy in finance was pleasant to work with. We drove away in our new car very happy and satisfied customers.
