My appointment was wonderful. I could have spent a little less time, but overall it wonderful and Capri topped it off with her great customer service.

Capri was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything that was happening to my car. The dealership received a lower score because I call the day before to see if they had the part I needed and was told it would be in the next day, but it wasn't. So I had to wait an extra day to get my car back.
