My husband and I just purchased a 2020 Altima from Nissan of South Bay. We did not intend to buy the car, just shopping that day. However, the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. It felt like we were visiting with friends. So we decided to buy the car. When we picked up the car the next day, we met the entire family at Nissan of South Bay and even rang the victory bell. Been trying to collect on an invoice for services rendered for over 10 months. NOT 1 CALL BACK after nearly 100 voicmails and a BBB complaint. Initally stalled for 3 mos stating they were in the middle of a sale, all payables paid once complete. Now ww cant get a person on the phone or return call the gazillion voicemails left for the business/ A/P dept.. Filing small claims today. Sad and horrible ethics.
