My son recently purchased a vehicle from them and i accompanied him. Jermaine and Desmond showed the utmost respect and professionalism. Every concern we had was addressed immediately. My son and I felt very comfortable with the purchase. I was truly impressed by the service we received. I know i can be difficult, but all of my questions/demands were met with a smile. Again, I was truly impressed and would highly recommend this car dealership.
Poor Service and Lack of Accountability I had my 2017 Nissan Altima serviced at this dealership on Fernandina Road back in July for an oil change, brakes, and rotors—spending over $700. Now, just a few months later, I’m already having issues again. My car has been squealing and making a loud noise that sounds like the rotors. After taking it to a trusted local mechanic, I’ve been told that both the brakes and rotors need to be redone.
