I’m giving 3 stars because I do appreciate the work that is done by these guys and the full inspections they provide for your car. However, this was my second visit here for an oil change and it took 2.5 hours this time. First time, maybe an hour, guy tells me what needs attention on my car and lets me go. Once finished with this recent visit, the guy comes back and shows me all sorts of pictures of things needing repaired under my car. If you want to place that you feel like family at to get the best treatment ever you need to stop here. The staff from the sales reps, to the service staff, the front desk, the Accounting, and the GM are the most welcoming and friendly staff I know. They were the best people to work with and I didn't feel pressured even though I was on a time crunch to get something as I was in a wreck and the others insurance was only giving me a rental for 3 days after I received the pay out. George was an excellent salesman. I went into the dealership with a negative attitude thinking I couldn't get e new car. I left 2 hrs later in a 2025 vehicle. Awesome people all throughout the dealership.
Mr.George Dia and his team were amazing they were respectful they helped my mom get into a brand new car dependable and she got exactly what she wanted. They were amazing helped her the whole time at stayed after hours a few nights to help her
I had a very positive experience with my new car purchase. The whole staff was nice and treated me with great respect. They were very honest and fair in the process and I felt like they took care to make sure that my needs were made.
