The service at this center was completely unacceptable. It took over two weeks to complete a relatively straightforward repair, and throughout that time, communication was horrible and non-existent. My service advisor, Dave, was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. I called numerous times for updates, like nine out of ten times he was unavailable, and despite leaving multiple voicemails, I never received a single call back. And the “boss lady” at the front desk made me feel so special! She was so nice! They all helped me get into a new car after my old car died. What a great place to deal with. Very professional!!
