The service was amazing my car sellman(Ricardo W)was very patient/kind and respectful he answered all of my questions and concerns I definitely got the car I wanted I will be back.
My Service Associate was great. He was attentive and kept me informed. He even got my car rinsed off, you all call it a wash but my car wasn’t really cleaned nor vacuumed out.
Today was the best experience that I have ever had a Nissan South of Morrow the person that helped me my Nissan representative was very educated and adept in his craft he showed me things on my receipt that I never saw before and he explained them thoroughly and provided phone numbers for follow-up as requested. He gets a 10 out of 10 for customer service alone.
I went to Nissan in union city on 2/22/24 and had a bad Experience where someone was trying to run a scam. I left in shock, like what I was hearing didn’t add up. On 2/23/24, I went to Nissan in Morrow. Najalee is the young lady who assisted me. I Gave her a quick run down on my experience from the day before. I came in expecting to either be declined or be placed in a used vehicle. I recently had a bankruptcy filing, and knew it would be difficult to get a car loan. But my expectations were surpassed completely as not only did I get approved for a car, but I was placed in a brand new car! Nick was great from the beginning to the end, and Terrell made me feel so welcomed to be familiar with my new car. Thanks again to the team for being great!
