What a great practice. Professional, friendly, and efficient. Office staff is very accommodating. I've been a patient of Dr. Gupta for three years. He's smart, caring, professional and very good at his specialty. I highly recommend the doctor and the practice.
Stay away from this office and this doctor at all costs. He was recommended from a friend but we’ve had nothing but trouble with this office. My young son had a chronic problem that requires swift action. On his first appointment, Dr. Gupta called at the last minute and switched the appt to virtual. We were met with attitude at the beginning of the call, but then it appeared he was going to be attentive to my son’s needs. He said we’d be contacted in 2-3 days to schedule an endoscopy. Dr. Nitin Gupta is kind and caring. Taking time to listen and discuss my issue and has changed my life. He is knowledgeable and has a friendly upbeat personality. I am grateful for having him as my physician.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Gupta. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Gupta was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.
Caring, brilliant, innovative. After being told I would need a permanent ostomy Dr. Gupta had creative solutions and ideas that have allowed me to live without an ostomy, without pain and have healing. He is an IBD specialist. He is also open to what are priorities to the patient (I wanted more frequent colonoscopies to check on things. He was ok with that and agreed to my request).
