Dr. El-Refai is amazing. She has a very caring personality that keeps you at ease while she does her work. This was the second time that my dentist has sent me to her! He explained how important it is to have a root canal by her because she is so experienced. She is a perfectionist & I would highly recommend her! Thank you to her & her staff! Everyone is so calm. From the new receptionist to Dr. El Refai herself. Much care was shown to me as I have to use hearing aids and walk with a cane. Not too many places where you go and feel cherished or worthwhile at my age of 73. Procedures was explained and repeated as needed. Dr. El Refai even called me at home to answer a question and see how I was. I would highly recommend Gentle Endodontics. And yes, her touch is gentle.

My experience with the office was wonderful. The staff were professional yet personal too. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr El-Refai was informative and gentle.
