I could not have been more impressed with Dr Jacob's and his professional staff from original consultation to wisdom teeth extraction for my 16 year old son. Complete transparency on pre and post surgery instructions plus a personal call from the doctor on the weekend to check in on my son. 5 stars for sure! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jacobs and his entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and supported during what could have been a very stressful experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Benjamin Jacobs highly enough. I had all *four* wisdom teeth removed at once, and I went into the procedure having heard all the typical horror stories—swelling, pain, weeks of recovery. This was *not* my experience AT ALL. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I was in and out of surgery, didn't feel a thing (thanks to the laughing gas and anesthesia but also his truly gifted hands!) and the recovery honestly shocked me in the best way. My tooth shattered and I needed to have it extracted urgently. I called NJ Center for Oral Surgery, and they were great. From the moment I called the office, I was very impressed with the people and care they provided. I was able to get an appointment for the same day and from the moment I arrived, everything was smooth. Dr. Jacobs and his team put me at ease when I usually have so much dental work anxiety! I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth out and I never thought I would say that. I highly recommend them especially if you are anxious about a procedure you need done.
