I would highly recommend NJ Vein Specialist, Dr. Rovner and his office staff are truly professional in their field. I just recently completed my procedure on my legs and they made the whole process as easy as can be. I live approximately 2 hours away and they provided transportation to and from the surgical center each time which made it so much easier on me. Dr. Rovner and NJ Vein Specialists team (Ari, Nikki, Christina, Nalani) were great during the process of treating my CVD. Dr. Rovner and Ari explained the problem, process for correction, and procedures. Ari worked well as an advocate for coordinating insurance approval and permissions. I recently had a procedure done at this vein clinic, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was. From the moment I walked in, the entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made me feel completely comfortable and supported, which meant a lot—especially since I had another surgery scheduled around the same time and had special requests because of it. Very very pleased! The staff is great the doctor is amazing! Nikki and Cristina are very sweet and attentive . The medical assistants Ari & Laura are very knowledgeable and the procedure tech Lex is outstanding a d ultrasound Nalani is brilliant .
Love the service , the front desk girls are beautiful and amazing Cristina and Nikki always give a warm welcome. Miriam is so helpful. Ari and Nalani are great with explaining to me about my treatments and make me feel very comfortable. Nj veins is a great family I definitely highly recommend.
