I worked with Matt at No Wake Marine and had a great experience with my 22' Malibu LSV. I brought them a unique issue they hadn’t seen before, but they jumped on it right away. Communication and response times were excellent, and they managed to get everything fixed within 3–4 days. Provided a few options taking into account travel time, warranty, appreciate the flexibility. Highly recommend!
Big shoutout to No Wake Marine on Lake Norris! No Wake set up a satellite shop here on Lake Norris, TN and offers dockside service — super convenient! Austin Kinsey did an awesome job with our winterization and summarization. This spring, I was in my last year of my 5-year warranty on my Axis A24. Can’t speak highly enough of No Wake. We started preparing the response for its 28th season…only to find the steering was completely locked up. Time for new steering cable. Called No Wake on Saturday 3 min before closing. They not only answered the phone, but also went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the part we needed that day! Very happy with our experiences at No Wake. We purchased our first Malibu 2005 23 LSV from them and always had it serviced with their professional and efficient service department.
