Verified Renter Townhomes at Sendera trails is a very nice community; the floor planes are really great as well as the amenities especially for those who have pets. The location is great, HEB is super close and very quiet. The leasing office people is super nice and always available to help you out and solve any problem you may have. Really suggested to move as so far i can just say was they right decision for me

Verified Renter Townhomes at Sendera Trails is a lovely place to live. The new renovations on the units and friendly leasing staff made the application process as smooth as it could have gone. I love my floor plan and the the community upkeep is great.

Verified Renter Its been good so far. Been here a month and a half. Everything we have needed to be fixed has been fixed in a timely manner. The property has remained clean. The electric bills have been the highest I have ever paid in life. I have figured out ways to lower it. Only thing I would say that has prompted me to have a negative comment is the fact I was told I would receive an incentive for looking and leasing within 24hrs. Verified Renter Although in rental situations it is common to use the term "community" to describe the atmosphere which exists for tenants. In reality most rental facilities very seldom reach that level of quality. However, in my opinion with this facility and the excellent staff I really feel like I am living in an "excellent community. Keep up the great work and sensitivity that characterizes the experience at Sendera Trails.
