Excellent service
A doctor's office isn't always the most exciting place to go, but my doctor and nurse always uplift my spirit and handle my issues. I'll stay with this office because I know he shows he cares. I feel like I'm his only patient...even though I know I'm not.
Very impressed by how quickly I was seen by doctor Simon. He was easy to talk to. He has a lot of people he sees but He made me feel like I was his only concern during my visit. I didn’t feel rushed.

Dr. Simon is a wonderful doctor. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him because my health was in dire need of some help. I had gone to a couple doctors prior to Dr. Simon and he has been the only one to find the root cause of my illness. I am so thankful that he took the time to explain my results and implement a plan of action quickly. I’m on the road to recovery due to his urgency, expertise and empathy. A big Thanks to Dr. Simon, his staff and OSF for caring!! :)

Absolutely terrible doctor. I was having a recurring gout attack and they would no help me.
Dr. Simon is not a good doctor! I was so sick had test done no one called to tell me what was going on with me. Still sick! Also...stopped giving me my pain meds without checking all the Facts! Tried to talk about everything but Never got a response. I did everything this doctor told me to do. But here I sit in pain, sick and confused. This is not right!! I don't know what to do about it. Gross negligence: Failure to communicate urgent information in a timely manner. Failure to respond to patient's repeated requests for test results which were critical to the patient's health.
