The food at Noir Restaurant was good and our group enjoyed the overall dining experience. However, I did want to mention an issue that occurred with our bill. One guest in our party paid cash for her meal totaling $42.82, but I later noticed that the same amount was also charged to my credit card. I reached out to the restaurant hoping to resolve the issue directly, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response, so I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The air conditioner was broke it was very hot in there. Our server had a attitude. I got charged $25 for 1 drink at the bar during happy hr. Our party of 15 walked out because it was a horrible place. For the price of the food you would figure they would take better care of customers.
Didn't even make it to get food..we waited for an hour to be seated while we watched abt 10 other party's who came in AFTER us be seated. The 2 host at the front were not friendly and didnt even tell us anything abt the parking. And it shouldn't have took the waitress to come to the table to tell us that and also to see that only the dinner menu was served and not the entire menu it shows online.
I will not ever visit the establishment again. Due to the service I received from Shaquana. The food was amazing but I really feel that if the services continue the way it does the place will eventually go down. They need to train the service and I really think Ms. May should be the trainer, her hospitality was amazing I give her a 100. Eye contact as she greeted us.
