Connor arrived at my house, as he said he would this morning. When he arrived, he walked into my child bleeding from his mouth. He waited until I invited him inside through my panic. He patiently waited for me to even remember my child’s primary physicians phone number. About 5/8 minutes later this young man finally has my attention. Called them about an issue: they were honest and upfront about there schedule. Came out the next day and fixed us up. There pricing is fair. They did a good job. Respectful and communicated well. I would recommend them.
I highly recommend Nolan Heat and Air. From the first call to the finish of installing my new hvac unit, the whole team was very professional. After my 20 year old unit decided to quit, one thing I wanted was a local business that I could rely on in the future. AC was busted and they were able to come out the same day within 2 hours of calling. They came over, fixed the problem, and was gone. The only critique I have is that they didn't say what was wrong/how it was fixed until asked. I'd love if they would say something like "X was the problem, we did Y to fix it, your total today is $Z." Other than that very minor detail, fantastic company that I will be using again in the future!
It was a wonderful experience the crew is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a full service 4 ton package installed in my new home including the duct work plus had a mini split installed in my daughter & son in laws home . I would use Noland Heat & Air again and recommend them to everyone
