I’m so grateful to them. I had an issue that they were able to resolve and upon fixing that noticed some else that I had looked into prior but forgot about. Long story short my car is now riding look new again and I know they wasn’t trying to upsale and get over on a female. I fully trust them and they will be my first point of contact going forward.
Great people. I am very pleased with the service and the employees are very nice and informative. We were recommended there by a retired mechanic friend that spoke very highly of them. My husband has had his truck worked on there and I just got my car out. I had the serpentine belt and tensioner changed and fuel pump module and a new battery replaced. So great to find good honest people that you can trust to do the job right. 5 stars!!!!?
Nolens Garage is my Go To mechanic and oil change. Family run, friendly, fast and fairly priced. It's truly a pleasure to do business with these folks.
These guys really saved me and my daughter from having to stay over night in Louisiana, we are from Houston and we're in town for a family emergency. My car broke down and needed a new alternator, this was done in Alexandria. Unfortunately the new alternator was bad, the previous repair shop told me they could look at it the next day and that it may take a few days before they could get to it ... Jessie and the team were awesome! They were polite, professional, and did a phenomenal job assessing the needs of my truck and then gave me a very accurate quote for the work.
