I purchased a car from them in October 1500 down payment 500 then made 2 400 payments my car was then stolen 3 months in . My insurance totaled out the car. They value the car at close to 9,000 my insurance valued the car at 5200 big difference they paid that plus 2500 gap payment . AutoMart did not reach out regarding remaining balance other than to sale me a new car which I declined after that they sent me a law suit for 7,025 after 10,565 was paid on a car that again was valued at 5,200 from my insurance that I was to pay... read more

Hi I purchased a vehicle with this company, Nolansville Road Automart, some months ago. I purchase one card from Auto Mart and paid it out fully a couple of years ago. Upon purchasing another car from Auto Mart unfortunately my son took it without my permission and was pulled over in Franklin tennessee. Up on speaking to Auto Mart I was assured that they would get the car from the towing lot and I could get it from them and pay the difference. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Got the car late February has had issues ever since now barely 4 months in they say the alternator needs to be replaced. You expect ?! Whether we performed a warranty repair on a vehicle that was out of warranty, a repair years after the sale, or just a tow to help out, most people allow themselves to be helped. *** ***** is different in that regard. Beware of how they conduct their business. I am trying to pay the car off 14 months earlier and still trying to tell me I have to pay almost the full interest balance. They stated all interest was in the beginning. When trying to settle they snub their nose up and it was not under. *** ******** has been informed of the rebates he is entitled to, but he feels it isn't good enough. While I may have been willing to work with him, there have been repeated emails and threats to me and my family and I have turned it over to the courts. I have never been subjected to this kind of behavior from a client of ours, and would be willing to explain the situation if you're a prospective buyer
Sold me a car in May that had been in a substantial wreck and failed to disclose to me or on car report from a previous customer of theirs. The salesman admitted that it had been in a wreck when I went back for a separate issue a few weeks later. I would have never bought it had I known this info, as it has been absolute chaos since. But it all goes back to the fact that they hid the previous damage and had it repaired through their "shop".

This is untrue. Most vehicles that are 10 years old or more have a bumper replaced or something minor to that extent. We have never, and will never sell salvaged or rebuilt vehicles. She took the vehicle to a repair shop, this shop forgot to close the hood, and the hood opened while the technician was driving it. The shop blamed it on the dealership (us), even though we routinely drove the vehicle for everyday errands without issue before it was sold. Ms. M***** is simply looking for someone to blame.
