Shruti was a delight to work with. She helped us design the perfect kitchen. Everything was delivered on time and within budget. Installation was a breeze. No hesitation in recommending Shruti and Nolte. Was the highlight of an otherwise rather stressful renovation project.
I was double-booked with Devan on Thursday, which he apologised for, however, this was only communicated to me at the door. A phone call beforehand would have avoided wasting my time. We then agreed to reschedule for the following day, at a time that worked for him. Shruti was fantastic from start to finish, she really wanted to help and remained reassuring, attentive and provided exemplary customer service throughout. Shruti was really supportive of everything we were trying to achieve from our project and the end result has completely exceeded our expectations, we're delighted with it and it's fair to say the kitchen is our pride and joy!
We have just had a kitchen from Nolte and I can say we are delighted. The whole process, from start to finish, has been relatively smooth and we were helped at every step by Shruti. She had a great eye for design and was also very knowledgeable about the Nolte range. We changed our minds numerous times but nothing was too much trouble for her and in the end we got a kitchen that we were really happy with.
