My experience was excellent with Atlanta Dermatology! It was very easy to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was sent links to fill out the paperwork before my appointment making streamlining the appointment very easy! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was seen. Stephanie was very attentive to my concerns and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Atlanta Dermatology based upon my awesome experience!!
When I booked my appointment, I told the woman on the phone my insurance (who they confirmed they take) covers a yearly exam at 100% and I would like to book that appointment. This was probably 2 years ago - I am still getting harassed with a bill and calls regularly. They knew what I was asking for. Very shady practice. The dr/or PA was nice but also over an hour late for my appointment as I recall "Sorry we had a difficult patient" is what I was told.
Everyone was a great help which was much appreciated by me! Dr. Dhar not only answered all of my questions, but he explained the treatment and put my concerns to rest. I left the office pleased that I knew what to do and that I was getting the best care. Thank you to All.
Potential patients beware! Wish there was an option for zero stars…… Went to visit Dr Dahr for myself and my husband. We were suggested to do a body scan to make sure no spots were cancerous (we did not go in for that issue). Some samples were taken and sent to the lab. We were then told to come back and need to take another sample of a specific area to check. The staff and Dr. Dhar were great, as always. A pleasant experience coming to this practice. Follow up imfkrmation is given in a timely manner, too.
