My brother and I had an appointment with Dr. Douchy and his assistant today for a burn scar and acne exam, and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything and make us comfortable. I got two appointments with North Atlanta Dermatology, Duluth in the past seven days: the first one on Thursday, September 18, and the second on Monday, September 22. The appointments were extremely easy to get. The one on 9/18 was given to me when I called directly just the day before. I got the one on 9/22 online three days before and requested specifically to see the same dermatologist who took care of me on the 18, Ms. Holly Musgrove. Returning patient here. Excellent service, great doctors. The doctor did a very thorough exam, looking for any anomalies and addressed every one of my issues. The assistant was very friendly and has a great sense of humor. My only complaint would be the half-hour wait at 8:45 in the morning.
Dr Burroway and his staff are so pleasant from the first visit to the follow up, they make you feel very comfortable. The procedure went smooth and I would highly recommend their practice to others.
