All staff is extremely nice from the minute you step in the door to the minute you walk out the door. They take care of every need and help you understand everything. They go the extra mile in seconds without hesitation. Love them! I see Holly Musgrove and she is a life safe for sure! My situation is extremely complex to say the least but she hit it head on and didn't just refer me out like most Doctors do. Will not ever use anyone else!!!
From my arrival to my departure I was made to feel very welcome. Front desk staff made sign in a pleasurable experience! Dermatologist was knowledgeable and answered all questions and made me feel important! Overall it really was a good experience!
You know those medical practictioners who run their office poorly, the waits are long, and the staff treat you like you've invaded their personal space and you're dumb for being there? That is NOT this place. 2 days ago, I found a spot of concern on my arm. I got an appointment within 2 days. I walked in and waited max 10 minutes. My PA (Anjana Patel) listened to my concern, did a couple of feel tests, thought it was probably nothing but since it was a little funny, she biopsied it on the spot. I have been going to NAD for years! Everyone is so nice & friendly! Dr. Sabini takes very good care of me. I love her! And I don't mind my 2 hour drive!
I been trying for 90 minutes to get information, but it's impossible! The patient portal brings up the wrong information and won't let you change to your profile and if you call you're on hold for over 30 minutes until I couldn't bear hearing the aggravating message every 5 seconds anymore and I had to hang up.
