I concur the last 2 reviews. They took my deposit and crickets, the move in process was nothing short of a nightmare, been living there for 4 months, I have yet to meet a real person. I've dealt with 5 people within a month, extremely high turnover. They have the electricity set up through a 3rd party on our behalf and we are getting charged insane amounts of money and if we don't pay it they will take it out of our rent/security deposit. North bay is beyond horrible they will have you stress out more than a 12 hour shift .. the commutation is even worst nobody there doesnt even know whats really going on. They dont answer phone calls sends me straight to voicemail . Me and my roommate been through a total of 3-4 different property Managers and our last one did even last a month. They dont like to fix anything heres a list of things that are have old and new water stains dont have proper heating and they dont care about anything or any one safety they also

HORRIBLE COMPANY! They have the most unethical and dishonest people working for this company. Not only that they are lazy. They will not lift a finger to help with your move in or move out, but will charge all these made up fees when they never even saw how run down the apartment was in the first place and try to blame it on you. They don't fix up the apartment, they just pocket the money. The Property Manager ****** is a racist, so is her colleagues and they charge people of color extra in all costs. North Bay was the worst property management company I have ever rented from. Our unit was absolutely falling apart (the building is now being torn down) but North Bay couldn't be bothered to respond to any maintenance requests. Several times things like the toilet not flushing properly were never addressed until we eventually fixed them ourselves. The worst part of my experience with North Bay was the laundry rooms. The washers/dryers appear to have not been replaced since the 70s. The dryers never worked the entire time I l... read more
