This is a long overdue review. We have been dealing with William Severi, and our experience had been nothing but extremely positive. William had gone far and above during our transaction and even after. It's been two years since we closed on our building and we still reach out to him for any number of things and he's always there to help.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Abbott over the past 9 months. We had an extremely complicated real estate transaction and I don’t think I could’ve managed without his help and expertise. Nick went above and beyond to help me through this difficult transaction, and got it to finally go through. This was my first commercial real estate purchase. When we first began searching I had a very narrow idea of what I wanted, but Nick opened my eyes and helped me explore properties I never thought were options for me. Nick not only found me a great building in a great location, but a building which included a rental with great tenants. Even after escrow had closed he continued to help me with through the transition of not only a building owner, but landlord. I couldn’t be more pleased with Mr. Abbott; he makes miracles happen. My wife and kids send a million thank yous for keeping me sane through this whole process!
