Excellent service. I had three long neglected teeth that needed removal. I was going to exhaust my dental insurance so I had to be clear what I would have to pay out of pocket. Everything worked out just as they said with no unpleasant surprises. I followed the excellent pre- surgery instructions and was in and out of the procedure in a little over half an hour. I would like to let you all know of my experience with Dr Kim in Mt. Vernon Washington. I had to have one of my Molars extracted. The Office was very tidy and nice. The professional people were kind, informative and helpful. Before and after the procedure they let me know what was going on and what to do to help myself. The procedure was fairly painless, Dr Km was very good and I would highly recommend them
We've been here twice this year, once to get my son's wisdom teeth pulled, and once for 3 teeth pulled for my daughter and some impacted teeth exposed prior to getting braces. Dr. Kim is very efficient and his staff is so kind and friendly. While no one enjoys getting teeth pulled, we have had a good experience twice and would ask for him again if needed. We are lucky to have him in our community, and impressed by his expertise.
Dr. Kim and his staff are an excellent example of a great team. He is truly a master surgeon; I have felt worse from getting a tooth filling than I did from the extraction he did. One day icing, a few pain meds the first day and I was fine. He thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions before the surgery. His staff from the front desk to the various techs are personable and knowledgeable. And his office is 10 minutes from where I live!
So far, very pleased with my experience here. The front desk personnel are informed, polite and compassionate. I went in for tooth extraction, bone graft, and 2 implants. So far I’ve had extraction and bone graft. Dr. Peter Kim has done this many times. He did the above in under a hour. Currently, following after care and will go back in a few months for the implants.
