Brought our daughter here and seriously confused by all these reviews saying how welcoming and warm Dr Kim is. Definitely wasn’t in our case and he had zero bed side manner. Maybe we caught him on a bad day but that shouldn’t matter. Only giving it three stars because the nurse was awesome.
Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. Made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in simple terms for me to understand got my prescriptions sent over well before my appointment so there was no hassle to get them after wards.
Dr Kim explained what he would be doing, answered my questions and made me feel confident all would be well and it was. I had my extraction, very little bleeding altho I take a blood thinner, didn't need any pain pills. I was more than pleased with Dr Kim and his staff. They were caring and happy to answer my followup questions.
I went in a bit nervous, but I was told what an amazing doctor he was, he was very nice and professional. aswell as the assistant was so nice! She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, even got me a blanket. C: honestly I'd say the worst part about it was getting the iv, which wasn't even that bad. They did an amazing job, could've asked for better!
Everyone is warm, friendly, highly professional and competent. The staff explain everything very well and really help to put you at ease. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and I am still recovering as I write this, but I am quite comfortable and doing well. Follow all the pre and post operative instructions and you will have a great experience with North Cascade Implant & Oral Surgery Center.
