Dr. Kim fit me into his busy schedule asap as I was in much pain! He diagnosed the serious situation, scheduled the procedure & provided professional care. The entire process with the staff made me feel welcome & eased my worries & anxiety. I would recommend Dr Kim for your dental needs as he is top in his field, read his bio., it's incredible! His office staff as well. I'm happy to say, I'm out of pain and on the road to healing, thanks to Dr Kim.
Dr. Kim and staff were fantastic. Had to have 4 teeth pulled and they took great care of me. I was nervous as this is the first time I've had work like this done. They gave me options and we went with what worked best for me for the procedure. No judgment from them just the help you need. Thanks y'all!
This review is pertaining to the initial consultation. We are lacking confident at this stage because appointment information was contradictory and confusing between technician and dentist information. We came in expecting options and discussion of detailed costs. It appears that only after the office realized that we are willing to pay and/or have the insurance to cover procedures, NO detailed discussion, just declaration that these are the procedures going to be performed even though we did ask whether the referral was ... read more
100% Female Veteran here!! I struggle with major dental anxiety and the staff was over the top accommodating and caring. They made sure to be open and were more than willing to communicate on the level that I needed, to help, and ease my anxiety. I felt very supported and finally agreed to fix a problem I have had for years. Excellent services and wonderful individuals! 10 out of 10
Amazing staff! Dr Kim is very good at what he does. I have dental anxiety and had my wisdom teeth taken care of, along with a broken molar. The appointment and recovery when great! 10/10
