Can not say enough about the quality of care from either office ( Pulaski or Oswego) , have been at both offices with our small goats, usually for an emergency, this group of folks , from the girls in the office, to the veterinarian (Ginny) in the patients room have always welcomed us with open arms and for some untold reasons, know how to put their customers at ease, with this being said , I'm not one for writing reviews, but honestly after several visits, I couldn't sit back with out first thanking all t... read more

I have been bringing my cats to North Country in Oswego for 35 years. Amy is always pleasant at the front desk. She's knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. She's helped me so much over the years with my cats. Each time we go, we are given the best care and friendly service. I live in Liverpool now and still make the drive to Oswego for this exceptional care for my kitties.

99percent of time dog has been. Treated good .they're friendly and try to answer most questions for you... I had to put to dogs down they were very ill and dying tore me up...staff very kind compassionate..at those times.... I recommend north country in oswego / scribe They know what thier doing... In response to your comments manager, I admitted that I lost my temper and yelled. However you and your staff have yet to take accountability about the fact I was lied to about the policy when confirming the appointment and still to this day have not heard I Am Sorry for you or your staff about this blatant disregard of my time and being misinformed.
