I have been a patient of Dr. Serna for over 6 years. She provides excellent quality care! Her vast knowledge and calming personality makes it easy to address all health issues. Her staff is fantastic too, always happy to greet you, return calls promptly and value all your concerns. I highly recommend her!
I have the greatest respect for Dr. Serna. I first came in contact with her at Cy-Fair Hospital.I liked her. I liked how she took care of her patients. She has been my personal physician for 20+ years. Her desire is to help her patients live their best life. I have multiple health problems and several specialists and she makes sure to keep in touch with all of them to coordinated my plan of care. I have been extremely grateful to her for all she has done for me. So..... would I recommend her , yes I would.
Dr. Serna and her awesome staff represent what healthcare should be. She’s professional, caring, accessible, responsive and pro-active. If she feels that you need a specialist she will get you to the right one and follow up to make sure you are getting the care you need. Hands down, the best doctor I’ve ever had!
I selected Dr. Serna because I always felt rushed by my previous doctor and when I had questions it was difficult to get through to a live person. From the beginning, my experience with Dr. Serna and her office has been different. There has already been a lot of two-way communication via the phone and the portal. My first visit was thorough and was not rushed. I felt like I was listened to and my thoughts were taken into account. I'm looking forward to future visits and care.
Dr. Serna and her staff are very responsive. My family has been seeing her for 20 years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She follows up with us between appointments and takes care of our overall health and wellness by encouraging healthy eating and exercise.
