This was the first holiday season that I was able to access my holiday decorations, and China in a warm safe secure environment. Instead of driving 3 miles west to access my storage in an outdoor unit with cold blowing wind, I was able to drive less than a half a mile and be inside a warm, safe building. The staff is friendly and polite and very good at communicating. Highly recommended!

Honestly, the cost, location, security of my belongings, easy access anytime, was all 5 stars! Plus they had dollies and carts to use and shelves for rents, all of which I used.
