All those reviews are fake and coming from someone in the office to make the property look good but… they are HORRIBLE!!!! They don’t want to fix anything. They cut off utilities without any notice and expect you to pay your full rent. The office personnel are NEVER in the office unless to collect rent. They don’t have an active phone number on file to contact the office personnel. They will put work orders and say they completed it but they actually don’t fix it. Visited a friend's apartment here and it was covered in roaches and her place was immaculate clean !!! Do not rent here highly don't recommend
How is this supposed to be a business w/o an active number? Can’t get in contact with anyone. The water has been off for going on 4 days w/o any prior notice, or any warning.
I’ve just moved in by the week ago and I left my apartment. I love the staff there Miss Ashley she’s gorgeous. She’s go above and beyond. She deserve a raise and miss Mary Miss Mary she. It’s awesome. She does a great job in management. She deserve a raise as Miss Ashley. I was amazed when I went to tour the property and was immediately greeted at the door by Ms. Maryann. She began by telling me the information about the property but I notice the other office staff engaging with the residents , so I was curious of what was going on and found out that the property was hosting an interactive events that the resident was apart of from the property.
