I was just in this past week. Everyone there does their best to make it a good experience. I am a very anxious patient and they know it but they are all very comforting and make me feel like it’s ok. They greet me by name with a smile when I come in. Dr Tran is very patient and gentle and always checks on me through the procedure. I came in to establish care and was immediately helped by Sierra. She was friendly and very knowledgeable on insurance and different options for payments. I had my cleaning done by Brittney and it was amazing. Super gentle and easy going, she helped me realized what I need to work on. Then I got Invisalign scans done by Melinda and it quick, easy, and informative.
Dr. Tran is truly exceptional. He and his entire team, Alyssa, Melissa, Sierra consistently provide outstanding care, ensuring that my dental health is always in the best hands. The staff takes the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which I genuinely appreciate. They are warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making every visit smooth from check-in to check-out. I always feel well cared for and confident in the quality of service they provide
I was really anxious/nervous...starting over with a new dentist...but I am beyond grateful to have finally got the help I needed with a tooth...that was causing me so much pain for a month...Dr. Tran and Elizabeth...helped me sooo much...and so did the beautiful/kind...insurance coordinator Sierra...they actually listened and re-explained things to me and really helped me with my tooth problem!!! I also went again today...cause I wasn't sure...if it was healing correctly...and they were absolutely Amazing!!!
This dentist and the hygienists that work in the office are AMAZING!!! Sierra, the girl at the front d so, is great too! I went in for extractions and a bridge. I have quite a bit of anxiety at the dentist and had a panic attack at the beginning of the procedure. The dentist let me take a brake...two hygienists took me outside, walked me around and joked around with me and each other and totally made me feel comfortable. I'm so thankful for them.
