I have been coming to North Georgia Endocrinology for several years now. I couldn’t be any more happier! I first started seeing Dr. Ahmad. Now I have been seeing Morgan Richburg. Morgan is amazing! She truly cares. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. She listens to all of my questions and concerns. Morgan is great with responding back quickly to my portal messages. The office is beautiful and super clean. All the office staff are warm, welcoming and helpful! I’m so thankful for Morgan and Dr. Ahmad!
I am changing my previous review of 1 star to 4 stars based on prompt and courteous attention from Dr. Ahmad in an effort to help me resolve my current issues. I appreciate her professional and down to earth approach to patient care. She definitely made me feel at ease.
Mrs Daniel and her staff has been amazing They’ve literally helped me save my life. Help me reduce my A1c and help me maintain it. I wouldn’t recommend any other endocrinologist. She is fantastic.
I appreciate the ease of making an appointment, and the prompt availability. The provider listened to my concerns and documented accurately. This made me feel like I was being taken serious and not ignored. It was a personable interaction. I also appreciate the convenience of the office having an on site lab.
I honestly don’t understand what all the hype is about with North Georgia Endocrinology. First red flag: it took two full days just to get a callback to schedule an appointment. For a medical clinic, that’s already unacceptable. Then it got worse. I was told I likely wouldn’t see an actual doctor at all — maybe only online if I’m lucky — and would instead be assigned to a Nurse Practitioner.
