RecommendedThey came out the same day and covered the roof and gutter area that was damaged with two tarps to minimize further damage. Another important point is how well they worked with the insurance company to assure everything needed was included to do a complete, quality and proper repair. I have used North Georgia Rood for years and they have always stood by their roof replacements.

RecommendedNorth Georgia Roof and Restoration came to our rescue! I called and spoke with Mary on Monday the week of Thanksgiving and she had her team out so fast with all the materials they needed to replace the rotten wood on our roof that was leaking into our attic and down to our master! Her team replaced all the boots, sealed all our vents and fans, re-flashed the fireplace and re-shingled where needed. Not recommending! Beware - they don't guarantee repairs!!! Maybe someone else had a wonderful experience - we did not. A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent.
