Hello, I had no issues this morning during my call regarding my bill. I am happy to see that their system are being worked on to accomadate the customer for a more time-effective manner. I had reached out to the company because there was an issue with our bill. I provided the necessary information and had not heard back so I followed up and was transferred to Beatriz. She was amazing she followed through on my concern, provided me with the response I was waiting for and called me the next day to confirm.
