I echo others' compliments of Jennifer, the billing supervisor. Our Hoboken condo association had some outstanding bills (prior property manager) and recently had a billing question (the answer was that they the bill was correct). She has been great throughout all our problems and questions and arranged for ebilling for our current property manager to hopefully avoid future billing questions. The billing supervisor, Jennifer, really made my whole experience positive. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help.
They don't have auto-pay and won't send you bills. However, when you miss a payment because they didn't send you a bill, they will charge you a penalty. I reached out to their billing department to explain that I didn't receive a bill and make sure I would get both a physical bill and an email the next time. Despite contacting them, they refused to resolve the fact that they had penalized me for essentially not having received their bill! Hello, I had no issues this morning during my call regarding my bill. I am happy to see that their system are being worked on to accomadate the customer for a more time-effective manner. (They) still need to work on a quicker response to the phone ringing. I give them a much improved rating. You have room for easy improvement, keep up the good work.
