Dr. Alex Choi is an absolutely wonderful endodontist. I had to retreat my root canal and he did an excellent job. I really hate going to dentist but Dr. Choi and the nurse made me feel comfortable and secure. The receptionist were kind and caring. One receptionist called me the next day to see how I was feeling. The two receptionist were both nice and kind. I had a great experience here and definitely will recommend this Doctor.
Dr Choi is top notch. I had the pleasure of seeing him. The staff named Alyssa and the assistant Valerie were so kind and helpful. They are very organized and clean office with high technology. The root canal was painless and beyond easy. I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep the night before but he reassured me and got the job done. Even my dentist said the root canal results were “high quality.
I was quite anxious about needing a root canal, but my experience was much better than I expected. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the doctor was both skilled and reassuring throughout the procedure. He explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He was so patient with me and the root canal itself was virtually pain-free, and I felt much better afterwards.
Front desk was great! Lydia is very knowledgeable in insurance billing. Dr. Rahman was exceptionally thorough and patient. Such a great experience for a patient with pain and fear
