Courteous, reliable, and professional. Called Friday to schedule and was promised a call back Monday morning from the secretary. I received a call as promised. I missed the initial call and Ashley left a detailed message and followed up with a text to ensure I was able to get my issue addressed. The team of gentlemen came out the same day! They were timely and professional. Solved my issue right away and I was able to pay on the spot. I will be using their services for all my electrical needs.
These guys were wonderful!! Our electricity had started browning out after the ice storm and in getting it repaired we learned we needed a new panel too. I just knew it was going to be a hugely expensive job. To my surprise it was reasonable. I highly suggest these guys. They are quick, professional and reasonably priced.
Called today spoke to Jacob and explained my electrical situation to him. He was very courteous. Him and another person arrived at my house about an hour later. They were very fast in solving my problem. Had my power restored in my kitchen within the hour. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone having electrical issues. Thank y'all so much for responding so quickly.
When we needed an electrician right away for repairs from Winter Storm Fern, they really came through for us. They were prompt, professional, and charged very reasonable prices! I would recommend them if you need any electrical work done.
Jacob the owner came himself to check my problem. I had no lights in my bedroom, closet or bathroom. Plugs or ceiling lights since a recent snow storm.heard crackling sound in wall next to my bed which scared me. He checked all my wiring & plugs in my power box. I could not see but had been hit by lightening & had burnt several plugs, which he has replaced. Checked all my wall plugs in all 3 rooms. They replaced several wires in my bedroom.
