First of all let me tell you that my Original reason for Visiting was to figure out what was going on with my AC on my Existing Toyota. However I agreed to Get my car Appraised and this beautiful story accrued. I met Mr.Bailey who Came out to appraise my Vehicle and at first I felt intimidated I mean it’s a dealership. Freddy Tadefa is by far, the most amazing salesman!! Not only did he get us exactly what we wanted, he put our family’s safety first. The tire on our trade in was close to blowing, so he provided us with a loaner for a few days until our new car was ready. I recommend Toyota Northpark to any family looking for an honest salesman.
Took new RAV4 in for tire rotation, second try as they told me on first try it would take at least 1.5 hours due to being a Monday. I finally rescheduled to today (Wednesday 3/10) and was so disappointed that such a simple job was still going to take over 1.5 hours. It took 2hours. Once I get a back hatch handle repaired I don’t plan on going back to NP Toyota.
Holly crap. 3 hours for an oil change. Not returning here. Do not recommend and I’m a huge Toyota fan. I prefer to go to the dealer for service. Just not this one.
Derrick, at parts, is customer service oriented and was very helpful ordering me whatI needed for my Tundra. I ordered close to one thousand in parts, but more importantly, Derrick double checked I was going home with the correct parts for my truck. I hope he gets recognized for his customer service! Thanks, Derrick and NPT for having individuals like Derrick who go above and beyond.
