Lies or mistakes? They told me, among a list of other things, I need a new battery. The one I have is 2024 but had it checked—it is good. They have a lot of 5 star reviews because they harass you to give it. When you arrive, you are swarmed by nice friendly guys dying to put you in a new vehicle or a lease. It’s too much and with the lie/mistake, I won’t return.
Ordered filters for pick up and it shouldn't take 24 or more hours for pick up. Its just filters.

Took new RAV4 in for tire rotation, second try as they told me on first try it would take at least 1.5 hours due to being a Monday. I finally rescheduled to today (Wednesday 3/10) and was so disappointed that such a simple job was still going to take over 1.5 hours. It took 2hours. Once I get a back hatch handle repaired I don’t plan on going back to NP Toyota.
Good price good food nice place flavor 👍 they are beginning they are means slow in the attention. and I asked him to tell me to bring the coke, he brought me a child's glass, they need to improve the service, if they want a better tip, ask them to leave more than suggested.
