Holly crap. 3 hours for an oil change. Not returning here. Do not recommend and I’m a huge Toyota fan. I prefer to go to the dealer for service. Just not this one.
First of all let me tell you that my Original reason for Visiting was to figure out what was going on with my AC on my Existing Toyota. Good price good food nice place flavor 👍 they are beginning they are means slow in the attention. and I asked him to tell me to bring the coke, he brought me a child's glass, they need to improve the service, if they want a better tip, ask them to leave more than suggested.
Freddy Tadefa is by far, the most amazing salesman!! Not only did he get us exactly what we wanted, he put our family’s safety first. The tire on our trade in was close to blowing, so he provided us with a loaner for a few days until our new car was ready. I recommend Toyota Northpark to any family looking for an honest salesman.
Took new RAV4 in for tire rotation, second try as they told me on first try it would take at least 1.5 hours due to being a Monday. I finally rescheduled to today (Wednesday 3/10) and was so disappointed that such a simple job was still going to take over 1.5 hours. It took 2hours. Once I get a back hatch handle repaired I don’t plan on going back to NP Toyota.
