The best part of the whole car buying event was the exceptional and kind service we had with Hector Vasquez. He was so patient and understanding. He helped us make the right decision with zero pressure! We definitely feel like family with North Park. Five stars to Hector for sure ! Thank you! Have waited for almost a year to give North Park Toyota a fair review. Well, it's been about 9 months since I purchase my Toyota RAV4 XLE 2025 with this dealership. I can not say but very good positive things about everyone, starting with Pedro Sales Agent. I told him from the beginning what I was looking for and made it work out as the color and trim that I wanted was not available at their dealership but he made arrangements for it to be delivery as soon as possible. Can't give less than one star unfortunately. Do not let these people work on your automobile. Had oil changed on a new car and they managed to spray oil all over the engine bay and outside of the car. It honestly looked intentional. Called them up nothing but excuses. At this point I wouldn't even trust them to clean up the mess they made.
Jonathan took good care of me during my oil change visit, but my experience quickly changed once I got home and inspected my vehicle. I discovered that none of my fluids had been filled, even though the paperwork stated otherwise. On top of that, my cabin air filter was not reinstalled properly—the technician failed to put the cover back on correctly and forced the filter into place, leaving it improperly secured. This is my experience and honestly, it speaks for itself. Booked the earliest appointment possible: 8:00 AM. Arrived at 8:03. Truck taken at 8:10, and then… nothing. For an hour and a half, my truck sat outside untouched, just for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Meanwhile, I watched car after car arrive after me and get pulled into the service bay like I didn’t exist. I counted 6 vehicles.
