I needed a truck to get materials for a upcoming home remodeling project and went to North Park Toyota. I gave Skyler Tedder a call. Told him what I was needing and he did the numbers. Called me in and an hour later my son and I had the perfect truck for what we needed. Sons happy to use it during down time. I happy to be able to get my supplies as I need them. Total WIN!! Luo Ann our service representative was so helpful and polite. Our visit was pleasant. We felt like we were taking great care of. We also where having trouble figuring out our pin reset for our touch screen and the young lady that welcome us in the service bay was so awesome in helping us clear and reset our password. Service so nice, we did it twice. Yes… two vehicles, same day.That’s how good Gilbert and John are. Gilbert made the process so smooth for one vehicle, a second purchase was an easy decision, and John handled financing with speed, clarity, and zero stress. Elite service, start to finish. The deal was even sweetened with a brand new Hot Wheels car for my toddler who was along for the purchase which as a parent I thought was a nice personal touch for our family. Thank you all again tremendously.
Had a leak coming from under the dash and saw that it was coming from the brake pedal area. Spoke to Kevin Wright, had it towed in and he wrote it up. Come to find out the brake master/booster was leaking and parts were back ordered. It took roughly a month to get parts in from Germany and the repairs made. No fault on the service department. Kevin kept me informed and up to date on what was going on, he was professional and well spoken. I also appreciate the technicians getting the job done. All under warranty. Thanks!!
One of the nicest toyota dealerships I've ever delta with. Everyone we came in to contact with was very friendly and professional. We drove in late in the afternoon without an appointment for an oil change while we were traveling back to California. If was like they dropped everything else to accommodate us. Would definitely highly recommend this dealership. Wish there was one like this in our area. Thank you North Park Toyota.
