The best part of the whole car buying event was the exceptional and kind service we had with Hector Vasquez. He was so patient and understanding. He helped us make the right decision with zero pressure! We definitely feel like family with North Park. Five stars to Hector for sure ! Thank you! And also, our finance manager was incredibly fast and efficient. He made the final steps enjoyable :-) so awesome!!
Can't give less than one star unfortunately. Do not let these people work on your automobile. Had oil changed on a new car and they managed to spray oil all over the engine bay and outside of the car. It honestly looked intentional. Called them up nothing but excuses. At this point I wouldn't even trust them to clean up the mess they made.
Jonathan took good care of me during my oil change visit, but my experience quickly changed once I got home and inspected my vehicle. I discovered that none of my fluids had been filled, even though the paperwork stated otherwise. On top of that, my cabin air filter was not reinstalled properly—the technician failed to put the cover back on correctly and forced the filter into place, leaving it improperly secured. Communication was not that great. Initially went in for AC not cooling, tech told me compressor needed to be replaced. Warranty covered parts, great. Tech said 5-6 hours max.. that turned into 2 full days. I understand things happen but I would have liked to been give a loaner car. Not the initial day of, but after the tech realized it’s going to take longer than 6 hours I would have like the option for one. Update 9/12/25 This week our 2024 sienna would not start. We brought it to a different toyota dealer and found out that Northpark toyota sold us a car what was missing Parts to the battery system, voiding the manufacturers warranty (Records show that the battery was last serviced by Northpark) ----- RUN!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER This has been the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 1.
