Had a leak coming from under the dash and saw that it was coming from the brake pedal area. Spoke to Kevin Wright, had it towed in and he wrote it up. Come to find out the brake master/booster was leaking and parts were back ordered. It took roughly a month to get parts in from Germany and the repairs made. No fault on the service department. Kevin kept me informed and up to date on what was going on, he was professional and well spoken. I also appreciate the technicians getting the job done. All under warranty. Thanks!!
The associate was not pushy and explained what he “recommends” which I liked very much. I didn’t like that he looked at the vehicle maintenance history to decide what he wanted to add without even literally inspecting the vehicle. After inspection they decided to suggest other maintenance which he had said was not needed or no use. Also I was upset that I told him about my tire pressure and when I picked up my vehicle they couldn’t even do that after paying $500 for cooling system cooling exchange which is a crazy price
Very bad experience here ! Slow service (-4 hr wait time ) for a tire patch - I pay the tire protection warranty in my monthly installment- , and did not honor the quote I signed for the change of two tires. They wanted to charge twice the agreed price ( supposedly a typo mistake ) . They also left my tires unbalanced , pressure wise . I now have to stop by at a gas station to fix this . Just bad service and dishonesty.
Update 9/12/25 This week our 2024 sienna would not start. We brought it to a different toyota dealer and found out that Northpark toyota sold us a car what was missing Parts to the battery system, voiding the manufacturers warranty (Records show that the battery was last serviced by Northpark) ----- RUN!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER This has been the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 1. This is the second great experience I’ve had. Josh is the reason I continue to come back and give the rating that I do. His communication skills and honesty are what makes the experience great. He can articulate what the service includes and give a real sense of confidence in the work being done. I do have an issue with the service department recommending repeat services that I just had a few months prior. I know it’s an upsale service but I think recommending back to back A/C shampoos a few months apart is kind of ridiculou... read more
