Update 9/12/25 This week our 2024 sienna would not start. We brought it to a different toyota dealer and found out that Northpark toyota sold us a car what was missing Parts to the battery system, voiding the manufacturers warranty (Records show that the battery was last serviced by Northpark) ----- RUN!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER This has been the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 1. Very bad experience here ! Slow service (-4 hr wait time ) for a tire patch - I pay the tire protection warranty in my monthly installment- , and did not honor the quote I signed for the change of two tires. They wanted to charge twice the agreed price ( supposedly a typo mistake ) . They also left my tires unbalanced , pressure wise . I now have to stop by at a gas station to fix this . Just bad service and dishonesty.
The price of the tire was $100.00 more than other places in SA. I was locked into their price due to tow truck driver dropping us off at the nearest dealership. Never knew that a 2024 Prius had NO spare tire. Was not the dealership’s vault just high price on the tire. Customer service was excellent.
It's an absolutely beautiful dealership with some amazing staff. My dealer Nick Smith showed me a great deal on a brand new hybrid, and now I'm paying less for it than my old SUV! They made the process incredibly clear and I drove out the same day, would definitely recommend.
Vincent at North Park Toyota did an amazing job! His communication was excellent and he kept me updated the whole time. He took care of a dent on my truck and it looks great now. The customer service was outstanding and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Vincent!
