It is well managed, Terrance and Austin are helpful. The place safe, quiet, clean and tidy. The neighbors are nice, quiet and polite. Daily life and transportation are convenient. We would like to stay for a long time.
Unfortunately not very professional. They never respond to phone calls or messages.. we got blatantly ignored. We are moving in two weeks, and we applied for an apartment here. We have sufficient income and savings and we were ready to pay 6 months to a year upfront, but we never got the chance to explain since they never called back or picked up the phone after we applied. Nice apartments, good area, you don't have to worry about crackheads. Terrance is a great building manager. Rent is not cheap but that’s the state of the world. You have to take into account the area and being a relatively newly built apartment.
Me and my Fiancé moved in here, we love it. Very friendly neighbours, modern kitchen, spacious living room, great views, having a balcony is great too. The modern touches are really nice. Good appliances we love the fridge and the stove! Terrance helped us out a lot and is super friendly, we were able to get settled in nicely 🙂
Very disappointing!!!I have lived here for 1 1/2years and I'm moving out!! Big turn over every month , the buildings, elevators,stairwell and lobby..... smell like marijuana, lots of smokers there!! 😔
