Our experience overall was fantastic! Our son cracked his tooth on a Sunday. Luckily our neighbor Katie works here and she came over to take a look to ease our mind. We were instructed to come in on Monday (the next day) and it was handled fantastically. Katie was wonderful with helping keep Roland happy waiting on the Doctor. Dr. Kilgore came in and accessed the issue and had us out after about 20 minutes. We are so glad we chose North Point! We highly recommend!!
My 5 year old son had a cavity so we were referred to north point to decide the best way to care for the tooth. Dr. Carter and Nancy were great with him- made him comfortable and explained things in ways that he could understand so he knew what was happening without being nervous.
Very nice from the beginning to the end! The hygienist complimented my child’s behavior and how nice she was several times! Dr McCrea was so informative and made sure all our questions were answered. I highly recommend!
After searching and searching for a good, reliable dentist for my kids, I can finally say I found it! Northpoint pediatric blew me away today! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse, doctor, and the lady at checkout were beyond amazing. The atmosphere was kid friendly, and I loved the open concept in the back. Absolute best pediatric dentist around! It was my son's first visit and they were so kind and explained everything they were doing. The place was so clean and professional. I could not recommend this place enough!
