I had a smooth and positive move-in experience at North Pointe Villas. The leasing staff were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the application and move-in process, which made relocating much less stressful. The move out process was such a pain. They wouldn’t give me the official paperwork for moving until after the 60 day deadline then tried to make me pay full rent for the last month even though it was agreed I would leave the beginning of December. After playing tag with everyone in the office for several weeks, I was eventually able to get a prorated amount for December; but that apparently didn’t matter since they took out a much higher amount than what was discussed for my rent/utilities from my deposit. Tiffanie was amazing very through with going over all the questions we had and even followed up with us that upcoming week to see if everything was working in our new place .
I'm very happy with the apartment and the grounds surrounding it. Both are very clean and maintained well. The gift basket filled with treats and cleaning supplies was a nice touch. I spoke with a maintenance employee who urged me to report any problems that may occur. I moved from Northridge Heights to the villas and it is a huge upgrade. Looking forward to using the pools and the fitness centers that are available. So far, so good.
Where do I even start with this place. I lived here a few years ago with the old management and it wasn’t bad at all. I moved back here a little over a year ago with the new management and it’s severely gone downhill. Landscaping is always a mess, there’s holes in the ground all over from sprinkler access and whatever else that don’t get covered up and just get left open, one of the sprinkler access ports has been flooded and a swamp for as long as I’ve been here.
