The facility presents well and smells good, unlike many other Nursing homes. The management were responsive and therapy did a great job. The facility is under new ownership. Positive experience, I would recommend this place to others needing rehab or long term care.

If I could rate zero stars I would. My mother was brought in for rehab after suffering a traumatic brain injury. She was completely dependent. We spent at least 12 hours every day with her for the four weeks she was there. But while she was under their care, she fell three times and had two more traumatic brain injuries. The third injury caused her death. Do not bring anyone who cannot take care of themselves to this place. She was not watched nor provided the necessary safety measures she required.
