My uncle needed a simple switch replaced for his sprinkler system. When he spoke to the female at the counter (didn't remember her name, but she has several tattoos), she was curt and rather rude to him. The switch wasn't available for purchase as a single unit, and my uncle would have to buy a whole new unit.
