I was in today, Dec 27 2025, and the gentleman behind the counter was most accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough, helped me with making decisions without pressuring me to hurry up. Unfortunatley I didnt get his name. Funny enough there was another fellow on my side of the counter that was also helpful, and dispite the fact he works there, want at the time, ended up picking my purchase up from the back and help my wife loading it while I paid. There are not enough stars. Far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. I think the gentleman's name was Bruce - great guy. Pricing was very fair but the overall value was exceptional. I am new to home ownership (and sprinklers) in Florida and they walked me through the entire solution to my problem. Bruce worked to help me get the best bang for my buck. I now have fully watered landscaping, in turn a happy wife, and in turn, a happy life. Thanks N/S supply for a happy life!
Able to get what I need for my irrigation system. Guys are great! Prices have gone up a good bit, but I don't believe that is within their control.
The team here was very helpful and has years of experience so… not to worry they go beyond most places that just shrug their shoulder they take the time to help resolve your needs. Would highly recommend North South Supply.
They have everything you need for irrigation, or water supplies. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and they are a local store! Way better than the big box stores. I wish I knew this place existed years ago! I would recommend them to everyone. I bought a irrigation pump, quality and price were outstanding! A+ SERVICE!!
