What a great experience with North Texas HVAC! One of our AC units stopped working and we called NT HVAC. They responded quickly. Austin was great—he diagnosed things in a flash and had us back up and running and cooled off in no time. Highly recommend. Update: NT HVAC saved us again. They literally are lifesavers. When my home warranty company couldn’t get someone out to fix my AC for 4 days I reached out to North Texas HVAC. They came out that very day and fixed my AC so my kids weren’t sitting in a 94 degree house! Absolutely can’t say thank you enough to them!!
We had reached out to North Texas HVAC early morning and they arrived right when they said they would with no delays. Issac did a great job assessing our unit and walking us through what the issue was, which was the capacitor as it was old and showing a low charge. He was very knowledgeable in how to inspect the capacitor and giving us a diagnosis.
