I’ve been in an unimaginable amount of pain since my surgery and I’ve tried to communicate that with my surgeon to no avail. I feel neglected and completely disappointed that a medical professional would treat a patient this way. Wish I never let him touch me, he was cocky from day one. He also almost killed me the first time and had to reschedule my surgery for two days later. That should have been my sign. 🤦🏾♀️
My experience at this office and Dr. Mekala was amazing! The scheduling for my first visit was quick and easy, same with my second/last. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful. The nurse that took my vitals was an amazing woman! She was very sweet and gave multiple compliments/ affirmations which helped put me at ease. Dr. Mekala was amazing as well. My doctor was Ashley Mekala and I was sent to go back post op. However, when I arrived at the clinic I was told I was at the wrong location. I was very confused because before surgery I had seen the doctor at the location in Keller. But they said I had to see the np at the nrh location. It was all very confusing and unorganized. Dr.Nguyen is a fantastic surgeon , he is very knowledgeable, friendly and very caring He has a wonderful staff who is very caring and helpful. Mya his Medical assistant is Amazing. I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen and his staff.
Called specifically to know how much my visit would cost. I was told zero and then after my visit was told that I owed money. Their explanation was to ask who I spoke to and then to say the person I spoke to didn’t know what they were talking about. Not helpful. UPDATE: I called the number given in the Google response, I gave the person who answered the extension and was transferred to someone who said they would look into it.
