Plenty of size choices, clean units, easy to work with when switching units, friendly staff, decent prices. This was a pleasant experience and that's what you want when moving your life, definitely recommend them.

Great-sized spots and reasonable prices. Customer service was great during the reservation process and beyond. Booked RV storage for a month to fly home for the holidays while on a big road trip out west but unexpectedly had to change my plans and drive home and cancel my booking and Amy was incredibly kind and easygoing about it. Highly recommend North Valley Self Storage as they are helpful and understand if plans change.
Best storage facilities in Reno. Management was awesome! Accommodated all our storage needs. Clean and organized, safe and secure facilities.
Well kept. Easy 24hr access. Could use a portable restroom though.
