I love this place . I'm so glad I found them and recommended them to my daughter. So easy to set up online or in person . The staff is super friendly and very professional. If you are ever going to be late with payments my suggestion is communicate this with staff and they will work you . I've had my storage with them since 2024 and this place is very secure.
The facility is always clean and well maintained. The people in the office are all friendly in person or on the phone. Communication is exceptional via email for special circumstances such as snow removal during an atmospheric river event. I enjoy the ease of payment. They make it easy. This is a great storage facility. I have been there for about 4 years or more.
Excellent experience again. The team there has always gone above and beyond. They are very helpful, prompt, considerate and caring. In my over 20 years of military service/moving state to state, North Valley Storage/Amy and team have been the best I have experienced. Clean facilities, etc. etc. Thank you!!
We stored our camper with NV Self storage for many years. Never had a bad experience! And the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them!
