Great-sized spots and reasonable prices. Customer service was great during the reservation process and beyond. Booked RV storage for a month to fly home for the holidays while on a big road trip out west but unexpectedly had to change my plans and drive home and cancel my booking and Amy was incredibly kind and easygoing about it. Highly recommend North Valley Self Storage as they are helpful and understand if plans change.
I’d give a zero star if I could. You pay, overpriced, for them to not clear the snow but rather let it sit and turn to ice. Dare to complain and you have to put up with their snotty attitude. I’ll be looking for a better place. No need to suffer their poor attitude.
Placed my 5th wheel there as they stated great security and patrolled often, only to have my trailer broken into. They stated they didn't know how to review the surveillance as the person was not there, never helped, didn’t care.
North Valley Self Storage and crew are awesome. We've store our travel trailer there for the past 5 years and never had an issue with security or being able to access our belongings. The whole staff are professional and always there when we need them. I would highly recommend North Valley Self Storage for your personal belongings and you'll have the peace of mind that they'll be safe. Thanks North Valley Self Storage.
I needed a space to put some things for a little while so I asked Ryan if they had any, he told me one just opened up early that week. The price was right and after I moved in the staff was so nice and the place was kept up so well I kept the space. Thanks Ryan.
