The facility is always clean and well maintained. The people in the office are all friendly in person or on the phone. Communication is exceptional via email for special circumstances such as snow removal during an atmospheric river event. I enjoy the ease of payment. They make it easy. This is a great storage facility. I have been there for about 4 years or more.
We stored our camper with NV Self storage for many years. Never had a bad experience! And the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them!
Everyone was supportive while I went through the trials in my life for the months I rented, which I greatly appreciated. They were professional and kind. I will rent from them again if I ever have a need in the future. 🥰
Plenty of size choices, clean units, easy to work with when switching units, friendly staff, decent prices. This was a pleasant experience and that's what you want when moving your life, definitely recommend them.
