This is by far the worst facility I’ve ever encountered. The corporate office is more concerned about money than the well-being of residents or staff. They overwork their employees to the point of exhaustion, leaving the facility severely short-staffed. Because of this, residents are not getting the appropriate level of care they deserve. A relative stayed here. Everyone here works hard and this facility in my opinion is one of the best places for elderly rehabilitation and care. From Managers to all workers, They deserve a big heartfelt thank you !!!!
Northwoods Village is a great skilled nursing facility. The staff are well trained and take good care of the residents. Thank you Northwoods Village for taking great care of our elderly population!
My dad spent approximately six weeks at North Woods Village. During this time he received excellent care from a compassionate staff. There was never a lack of follow-up if we had any questions. In fact, they reached out directly to me with changes in his healthcare status and needs. If anyone out there is in need of a long term or rehab facility, I would highly recommend North Woods Village!
The facility provides a family like environment with both their staff and residents. When my grandpa was here this past fall, he enjoyed stay. His fall resulted in some injuries, but thanks to the north woods village nursing staff and therapy, they were able to get him back to where he was needed to go home.
