I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My sister is in North Woods Village. It's a much older facility, but the people there are awesome, they have taken very good care of her. She's got lots of health problems since she's been there. She doesn't want to move anywhere else, and I know there are better facilities, because I've looked at them. I visited this facility I went to North Woods Village, and it was an older facility. It was clean. The staff were friendly, but it didn’t have a good impression on me because they walked us into the dementia unit first, and we saw all these elderly people with dementia; that is not a pretty sight. The rooms are small, and it looks dingy.
