When I arrive for my Northboro Dental cleaning appointment. I was Surprisingly greeted by a new hygienist. It turned out my regular hygienist is there, but the office moved me to fill the new hygienist’s schedule without bothering to mention that in the multitude of text messages they have sent me before the appointment. I recently switched to Northboro Dental from another dental office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the care provided by the hygienist, Janice. She was highly professional, cleaned my teeth thoroughly, and helped me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
Friendly and professional staff, clear and efficient communications, and clean and bright environment. Flexible and accommodating for medical emergencies. So far, each visit has been pleasant and reassuring. I always leave more informed than I arrived. I gladly entrust them with my health.
After 22 years of never having a cavity i finally got a small one on the very back of my mouth and i was HORRIFIED. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Pabaney and told him i was extremely anxious about this appointment as i have never had a cavity in my life. He was very understanding and told me everything was going to great, made me laugh as much as possible. I and my family have customers for 35 years. I enjoyed seeing Linda again after many years. She is a skilled hygienist. The dentist quickly diagnosed a problem with a partial plate and quickly fixed the problem.
