There’s nothing you can do to make it right. Therapy has ruined my life with false promises and massive amount of time wasting things. You pair me with someone who doesn’t have any experience. While I think it’s important for anyone to have a beginning. It’s not fair to them nor a patient with complicated histories to be paired with someone that has barely worked in the field.
